A Little Mental Exercise

Do you believe in yourself?
Do you believe that you can do the impossible?
Try this:  Tell yourself “I will join the next Olympics.” If you felt nothing, then you just belittled yourself.
Try telling that to yourself again while actually imagining the steps you’d do to get there. The time your heart starts to beat fast, that’s the time you’re doing it right. You just trusted yourself. Feels good right?  Keep it up.
